The Olive Grove

Nestled in the heart of the 350 hectares of the Domaine de l'Arcusa, our trees grow on plots particularly suitable for the culture of the olive tree.

Spread over about twenty hectares, the grove consists mainly of  Ghjermana olives (Germaines), but also of older trees of the Zinzalla variety. The entire production is collected directly on the tree, at different periods of fruit ripening.

Our  extra virgin olive oil, obtained by first cold pressing (less than 27°C) in an entirely mechanical way, combines the subtlety of the fragrances of the olive with the marked character of the Corsican terroir. This pure fruit juice is decanted naturally without filter intervention or other technical means.

Domaine de l'Arcusa Olive Oil meets all the criteria of the Corsican Protected Designation of Origin  "Oliu di Corsica"  , guarantee of the incomparable qualities of this central product of Mediterranean culture.
